Orientation attendance is mandatory for those planning to enroll in the Academy. RSVP for our next Orientation now.
Find a Mentor!
Each Applicant is required to have a Mentor to be considered for acceptance. Have your prospective Mentor fill out our Mentor Form to be listed as your Mentor.
Physical Exam Form
Download the NMYCA Application-Physical Exam Form and schedule a Physical. This form is required by all applicants and must be filled out by a Primary Care Physician.
