Mentoring the core of NM National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Academy
What is a Mentor?
An adult who provides encouragement, instruction, and positive support to a young person by earning trust and modeling positive behaviors and characteristics.
How is your Cadet doing?
These are the reports you have been asked to provide to the Academy, beginning after graduation and ending after Cadet completes the Post-Residential phase (12 months after graduation from Challenge)
