Eligibility Criteria
- Between 15 ½ and 18 years of age. Must be 16 before the end of the residential phase and cannot turn 19 before the start of the cycle
- A citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States
- Willing to be drug free
- Physically and mentally capable of program participation with reasonable accommodations for disabilities
- Not on parole or probation for other than juvenile status offenses, not indicted or charged, and free of felony convictions or capital offenses
- Enroll voluntarily
